Coffee Blenders Blenders Barista Collection was developed out of the pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee. The pour over coffee method is known for yielding an overwhelmingly delicious cup of coffee. In fact, it is why many cafés choose to serve their house blend in this format. Coffee Blenders combines the convenience of single cup coffee with the decadence of a pour over coffee to bring you, the consumer what we believe to be the best of both worlds. Taste and portability. Our Barista Collection is made up of specialty coffee from 3 nations which are renowned for the quality of the coffees they export.

The Barista Collection Ethiopian coffee beans are responsibly and sustainably sourced from small family-owned farms in the southern nations of Ethiopia. The growing altitude of approximately 2,700 meters plus soil rich with minerals, we believe aids in the delivery of a full-bodied flavor. Our coffee is fully washed and dried on raised beds and is fair trade and organic certified. Attention to detail throughout the whole supply chain is extremely important in achieving a great end cup of coffee. We meticulously roast in small batches and once the hot water hits the grinds your senses become overload with complex blueberry notes. Also, interestingly, Ethiopia is believed to be the birthplace of coffee and many experts have said that it is believed that it is the only country known in where coffee grew natively.

Our Guatemalan is grown on family-owned farms in the western Highlands of Guatemala at an approximate growing altitude of 1,650 meters with tasting notes of cocoa, lime zest, & dried apples.

The Barista Collection Rwandan product has a distinctive step in the manufacturing process in where the coffee cherries are floated prior to pulping and fermenting, then fully washed, soaked overnight in clean water, and dried in the sun on raised beds and when roasted has hints of lime, orange, cranberry and raspberry.
