About Sardelkitchen
We are three brothers who founded Sardel because we believe that preparing meals should be as simple and rewarding as eating them. As we saw the industry shift to perfect photos and professional-level recipes, we realized we craved a return to a time when home cooking wasn’t so serious, expensive, or intimidating.
Our goal of improving the cooking experience also includes offering a curated selection of essential ingredients, which is why we launched our pantry and accessory products. We’ve traveled Italy searching for local producers of high-quality products, carefully selecting our partners. We are proud to work with them to bring the taste of Italy to your kitchen.
We started to look at our own kitchens and noticed they were either cluttered with old pots and pans that were likely unsafe to use, or with items we didn’t understand or know how to use properly. We challenged ourselves to create a line of essentials that would provide the upgrade our kitchens so desperately needed – products that are beautifully classic in design, crafted with high-quality materials, and vastly more attainable in price than the high-end brands we were accustomed to seeing. We also wanted to create a cookware brand that actually helps people in the kitchen, encouraging people to feel comfortable with their cookware and how to properly use it. We hope Sardel will help home cooks worry less about the details and enjoy the simple pleasure that cooking has always been to our family.
