About Serenecannabis
SERENE CBD was founded in 2017 by Erica Valker and our mission is simple: To create high quality CBD products that improve lives by helping people feel great every day.
Erica got her start in the cannabis business in California in 2010 when she began making cannabis infused edibles and desserts for delivery services under the brand known then as “Potlucky.” As Erica was honing her craft in the Cannabis industry and perfecting her products, she fell very ill to a near fatal case of chronic Lyme Disease, putting her business on hold.
For several years, Erica would struggle daily with pain, siezures, tremors, fatigue and neurological disorders – nothing doctors prescribed was helping. That was until a new doctor prescribed her medical grade cannabis tinctures, which almost immediately changed her life by helping greatly reduce symptoms and improving her overall health. Today Erica is doing great and credits Medical Cannabis with helping to save her life.
Over time Erica became an expert on the therapeutic benefits of medical cannabis, a patient advocate in the Lyme community and an industry champion for the use of Cannabis, fighting the negative stigma of this misunderstood plant. Then in 2016, after experiencing first hand the many great benefits that CBD and medical cannabis can provide, Erica launched Serene Cannabis, a premium product line designed to help you feel great and live your best life.
Our products are sourced and manufactured in California and our business is operated out of Highland Park, Illinois. All products are lab tested for purity and we use nothing but natural and organic ingredients in our formulations to deliver quality products that work great for our customers.
