We collectively mourn the tragic acts of racism and social injustice levied against our black community in the United States and around the world. As human beings and as a society, we cannot be content with the status quo and must address the hard systemic work required to truly eliminate injustices and inequality. As a company, we look to our guiding principles, values and beliefs to help us be a stronger force for positive change in addressing inequality and the advancement of those underserved and discriminated against. The true test is not what we say at this moment, but the real progress we make in the months and years ahead such that this is a truly pivotal moment in history.
